Lauterbrunnen hiking

We spent one more day in the valley, visiting the town, the church, (eating gelato) and hiking by the river.

It was really fun to watch the paragliders take the cable car up the mountain and then sail down. I have heard that they slam into the mountain and die regularly. I didn't try it. This area too was very busy, there were lots of bikes, hikers, backpackers, and Swiss cows wandering the roads. Chuck was pretty sure that this was the same cow, in the same place as the last time he was here. MOO!
